When we have started in 2021 as a B2B distributor in France, we didn't have any proper brands and the EU CBD market was very immature. It was a risky situation so in order to survive on the long-run, we have quickly decided following 2 rules :
Select only the best brands Why ? Because if the final customer is deceived, then the retailer lose its customer portfolio, then close and then, won't never buy again from us
Advise existing brands to improve their market fit (or create a new brand) We use our market insights from all other retailers to gives relevant advices to brand owner. The more market fit is good, the more we sell.
